February 11: Last Friday (11th Feb) you assisted our house move from Wills Crt Mooroolbark to Wonga Park.

We would like to thank all the guys who assisted (5 in all). They were all very helpful and friendly and worked hard in the rain and humidity. It was a difficult access to get the trucks in @ Wonga Park but they were patient. Even though it was getting late in the day they were still enthusiastic and willing to move things where we wanted them.

Mark was a great organiser and a calming influence and let us know what was going on at all times. The same can be said for the man whose name I missed but who took the money when we finished up.

This e-mail is a long time coming we have just recently got around to setting up our computer and internet after our move. We just wanted to pass on some immediate feedback about our move from Hawthorn East to North Balwyn yesterday.

My husband and I were extremely impressed with the service provided by the Maroondah Removals staff.

The removalists arrived on time and were courteous and polite, a pleasure to have around the house. Most importantly they were extremely careful with our items. Having nearly unpacked everything we have not found a single item broken during the removal process. We also noticed how much care they took when shifting large items through doorways. There was not so much as a scratch or chip in any paintwork at either home. They also took great care with their trolleys in our new home.

Please pass on our feedback to them for a job extremely well done. We will not hesitate to recommend Maroondah Removals and Storage.

In addition to excellent service on the day I would also like to mention that your office has always been a pleasure to deal with. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Maroondah Removals and Storage for helping us move from Ferntree Gully to Warracknabeal (a 10 hour round trip). The men arrived at each destination on time and made the move so easy and painless. They were extremely professional yet brought their sense of humour and friendly attitudes with them which made the move less of a drudge. Even though we had a horrendous driveway in Ferntree Gully, which meant double handling of our possessions, they worked tirelessly and we never heard a complaint from them. Thankfully our new driveway was flat and short which I hope made up for the old one. I was also impressed with how much they cared about our furniture, placing each box and piece of furniture where it was labeled and if not, they would ask; there was no 'dump and run' with this crew! | couldn't be more impressed with the precision of Maroondah Removals and Storage

February 07: Now that we have settled into our new home, we wanted to write and thank you once again for the friendly, efficient service you provided in helping us move house on the 11th January this year.

Your team were fantastic, especially considering that on the day it would have been the hottest January day in years, 40deg. July 06: In my 27 year service career I have had 13 removals. During these removals I thought I had seen it all. Most removals only two men arrive and I am expected to help. I am still receiving physio from the removal before this. My last two removals have taken four day and my wife and I were concerned when we heard only three days were allocated for this removal.

Maroondah Removals were out of their league. Five personnel and the task was completed on time with the minium of fuss and very little breakage. The five people (Warren, Craig, Natalie, Fernando and Patrick) were in the true sense of the word professionals. There was no bad language or rudeness towards my family, to which we have come to expect with Defence removals.

As a business manager myself, I hear from customers who are not happy and never hear when we do a good job. Toll, I am letting you know that Maroondah Removals did not do a good job, but rather a great job. Many thanks to all.
